iSee: To God, my Father

My Sunday morning at Aunty Marian’s was like most others; we spend most of the time in our hub – the kitchen, talking for hours about everything and anything while still lazing about in our nightdress… Despite the age gap, my Aunt is one of my best friends!

So when I reminded my Aunty about my trip to Egypt, Israel and Jordan beginning this month, she requested to write a prayer to God for me to put between the bricks of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem.

Aunty Marian’s Letter to God

Aunty Marian begins her letter to God...

Aunty Marian begins her letter to God…

Reading her Letter...

Reading her Letter…

Then the folding process begins... It has to find through narrow gaps in the wall!

The final touches... Letter to God

The final touches… Letter to God
