My senses where heightened and taste buds excited by all the food I ate in Cairo! Just some of the dishes I tried:
Foul- beans
Ta3mia- falafel
Besara- a mix of two kinds of bean
Molokhia – green slimy sauce with bread (ear of the cat) or with rice
Mahshi – stuffed veg
Lesan 3asfour – birds tongue pasta soup
