Keep calm – school’s out for the Easter!

You survived another term (I did?) – well done you! 12 weeks have indeed flown by quickly because it’s already time for term break and that long awaited month off – now that’s something to love about studenthood!

However with what I’ve coined “stress-week” – all assignments due in this week, the strain of being a student couldn’t be more apparent at this crucial time of fight or flight. Thankfully, due to a technical fault with e-submittions, some LCC students (myself included) have had their deadlines extended (there is a God who pities prone-to-failure students)!

So here’s a gentle reminder to “Keep Calm… Remember it’s the end of term” – you survived!

You survived the snooze button syndrom, you survived running out the house without breakfast, you survived making it into lectures less than 20 minutes late, you survived those low moments you were so close to giving up – so close… Breath.

Now stop procrastinating and submit those assignments!

To end the term I’ll be writing a term wrap-up (the monthly wrap-ups didn’t quite catch on) plus publishing in my drafts folder (expect those email notifications from me) to make way for a new lease of posts over the Easter…

Expect some sunshine through your inbox as blog all the way from Ghana over the Easter period!… More interviews, reviews, iSee pics, FashionFix and more to come! Also look out for my articles for Fuse Magazine.

But in the mean time, back to my uni assignments… I’m not out of this one just yet!!

p.s if you’re London based, please come down to the Darkroom Bar at London College of Communication for a Celebration of Independence – honoring Ghana’s 57th Independence anniversary.

See you there!
