Ghana’s Independence celebrations might have officially taken place on the 6th of March, however UAL’s African Caribbean Society have extended the festive celebrations – just before term ends!
Join us at London College of Communication (LCC) on the 20th March to honour Ghana’s Independence; the first sub-saharan country to gain independence from colonisation in 1957.
Come early and celebrate your Independence – have your say in the open mic session, network with UAL students and friends, and shake a leg to the live DJ set. Food and drinks will be on sale (I’m looking forward to the jollof rice…)!
