I treated myself to a warm Halloumi cheese salad for dinner this evening at Aroma cafe in Eilat. It’s pricier than my usual cheap and filling falafel sandwich which suits my low budget, whoever my body has been screaming out for something healthy for a change… So I had to oblige!
Grilled halloumi cheese, peas, roasted tomatoes, tomatoes, rocket leaves, lettuce, and (lots) of red onion. Served with whole grain bread.
